Building on this momentum, the two commissions now join efforts to launch the\u00a0FIDE Preparation of Teachers Course for Women Around the World\u00a0\u2013 a joint initiative designed not only to support women in chess today, but to help shape the future of the game.<\/p><p>Because teachers shape generations. By empowering more women as chess teachers, we contribute to a more inclusive, balanced, and inspiring image of chess worldwide.
