The championship was held from December 7\u201314 at the Hotel O\u00e1sis Atl\u00e2ntico Porto Grande in the city of Mindelo on the island of S\u00e3o Vicente.<\/p><p>The 9-round Swiss event brought together 26 players from across the country and the diaspora.
