International Master Mariano Ortega<\/strong> has reaffirmed his dominance in Cape Verdean chess by successfully defending his title as Absolute National Champion. The championship was held from December 7\u201314 at the Hotel O\u00e1sis Atl\u00e2ntico Porto Grande in the city of Mindelo on the island of S\u00e3o Vicente.<\/p>
